We are currently seeking an Executive to lead our dynamic Agricultural Sales Team for North America!

JCB has been proudly producing farm machinery since 1945, when Joseph Cyril Bamford built his first farm trailer. This Savannah based position is responsible for overseeing the organization’s Agricultural division. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, further develop a winning team, grow our agricultural dealer footprint and grow market share in the North American market!

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Direct and coordinate North American dealer sales functions as they relate to the JCB Agricultural Sales.
  • Develop and lead a dynamic sales organization.
  • Develop and coordinate selling cycles and methodology for Dealer Sales
  • Direct and oversee the company dealer network base and work to identify and develop new customers for equipment
  • Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of Marketing
  • Builds, develops and manages a sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans, which identify sales opportunities, such as seeking out new dealers
  • Develop and manage Agricultural Sales budget and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets for Agricultural Sales
  • Directly oversee the management of marquis dealers, while coordinating the management of other dealers within the department
  • Participate in the development of new accounts and new account proposals
  • Establish and maintain short-term and long-term goals, objectives, any applicable departmental policies and operating procedures
  • Establish and promote good working relationships with dealers and any relevant end-users
  • Write and execute the business plan to grow JCB Agricultural sales in North America
