Construction Loan &amp; Closing SpecialistPosition Overview:BlueHub Loan Fund (BHLF), an affiliate of BlueHub Capital (BlueHub), seeks a Construction Loan &amp; Closing Specialist (CLCS) to support our community development lending program to a diverse set of borrowers. This person will be responsible for closing and funding loans in coordination with Loan Officers, the Portfolio Management Team, the Finance Department, outside consultants and legal counsel. They will also be responsible for reviewing construction requisitions, closing, disbursing and monitoring construction loans. This person will support portfolio reporting responsibilities on a monthly and quarterly basis. <dt><h4>Description</h4></dt>Under general supervision, plans and conducts service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease in the WIC Department. &nbsp;Provides nutritional assessment, education and counseling to individuals. &nbsp;Serves as a resource on nutrition and dietetics to nurses, health educators or other health care providers in the facility. &nbsp;<dt><h4>Job Responsibilities</h4></dt><ul><li>Assess nutritional status and special needs of women, infants and children from health records, dietary questionnaires, and knowledge of community nutrition issues</li><li>Provide nutrition and breastfeeding support and counseling to participants&nbsp;</li><li>Develop individualized care plans for women, infants, and children who meet high risk criteria</li><li>Record proper nutrition assessment documentation within participant’s medical record (using appropriate format)</li><li>Make referrals to and coordinate care with health care providers and community agencies when appropriate</li><li>Utilize accurate techniques for measuring weight and height for infants, children, and women</li><li>Share nutrition and breastfeeding education resources and information</li><li>Consult with physicians and health care professionals to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of participants</li><li>Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for promoting and supporting breastfeeding</li><li>Comply with all federal, state, local, agency policies, procedures, and regulations</li></ul><dt><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4></dt>Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, human nutrition, foods and nutrition, nutrition education, food systems management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university AND verification statement of completion of a didactic program accredited by the Academy of Nutrition &amp; Dietetics. &nbsp;<dt><h4>Additional Information</h4></dt>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bilingual</li><li>Public Health WIC Experience</li></ul>
