Construction Loan &amp; Closing SpecialistPosition Overview:BlueHub Loan Fund (BHLF), an affiliate of BlueHub Capital (BlueHub), seeks a Construction Loan &amp; Closing Specialist (CLCS) to support our community development lending program to a diverse set of borrowers. This person will be responsible for closing and funding loans in coordination with Loan Officers, the Portfolio Management Team, the Finance Department, outside consultants and legal counsel. You will handle workforce and resources required for regional operations and services , including crew and public safety. Serving in this role, you’ll develop and maintain controls and processes for standardizing operations and performance management of Regional Operations across the SCE territory.&nbsp;&nbsp; Key Focus:<ul><li>Construction Resources: Oversees resourcing, scheduling, and execution of regional crew activities, and associated crew safety.</li><li>Construction Training: Develops Regional Distribution Training Crew (RDTC), including Apprentice skill development and training while performing programmatic or capital project work.
