Senior Account Executive

Basic Purpose:
The Sales Analyst is responsible for researching, reviewing, and communicating performance summaries for various sales initiatives across all Hain. Additionally, the incumbent prepares various promotional and new item forms and works with the NAM team to prepare and present semi-annual line reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manages distribution of weekly reporting to key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepares feature submission materials in a timely and accurate, manner for all assigned categories, meet established submission deadlines.</li>
<li>Coordinates new item information as supplied by Corporate and ensures correct communication on launch timing, paperwork needs, exclusivity, etc.</li>
<li>Researches and assists in the preparation of account specific category line reviews.</li>
<li>Utilizes account review system to develop specific reporting capabilities inclusive of volume and tracking reports, as necessary.</li>
<li>Creates and/or finalize monthly retail sales slides for assigned categories. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assists team in monitoring and communicating (to the Field Sales) any and all new store set schedules, resets of existing stores, and retail store grand openings.</li>
<li>Maintains and edits account specific marketing calendars in a timely fashion and ensure all changes are communicated to NAM</li>
<li>Ensures flow through of promotional plans and input of pre-orders against promotional activity.</li>
<li>Manages and co-ordinates all sample requests – new items and existing products – for timely (and verified) delivery to specified accounts.</li>
<li>Assists with other duties, as assigned</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum two years’ experience in a Sales Analyst trade role or related capacity</li>
<li>Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint</li>
<li>Experience with Luminate and Retail Link preferred</li>

The Customer Insights Manager works closely with Hain’s Walmart Account Team to monitor key category performance &amp; competitive activity. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing &amp; Category Managers to develop &amp; communicate fact-based analysis &amp; insights to support Hain’s category solutions &amp; meet topline sales objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
The Customer Insights Manager supports Hain’s Walmart Account Team by using syndicated data, shopper card data, and other insights to identify opportunities, influence the customer, and drive profitable topline growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Responsibilities:

<li>Support Hain’s largest customer team by serving as a Customer Insights Manager. Acts as the category subject matter expert for Hain’s Walmart Account Team and Walmart Merchants; possesses deep knowledge of categories and category strategies at Walmart.</li>
<li>Proficient in interpreting shopper data and consumer research to identify category opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate customer growth.</li>
<li>Understand the national category strategy and tailor solutions for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club. Consistently monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.</li>
<li>Develop short and long-term category objectives aimed at delivering incremental buyers, trips, and units.</li>
