Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance</li><li>Paid time off begins day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul> What you'll do as an IT&amp;D Product Manager: <ul><li>Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful</li><li>product delivery.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.</li><li>Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.</li><li>Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.</li><li>Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Present product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos.</li><li>Serve as a key role on Agile team(s) and work onsite with the team daily.</li><li>Build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the team's efforts align with the overall strategy.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Additional Job Functions / Accountabilities: <ul><li>Charter and operationalize the Agile Center of Practice (CoP) for IT&amp;D</li><li>Develop playbooks and training processes to enable existing and new team to adopt Agile ceremonies and a consistent manner across the organization</li><li>Provide coaching and feedback to IT&amp;D stakeholders across Agile team roles including Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Engineer, etc.</li><li>Define and Track KPIs to measure the success of Agile adoption within IT&amp;D.</li><li>Work with Jira Platform team to continually improve the workflows and ways of working to enable agile and speed delivery.</li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as an IT&amp;D Product Manager: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.</li><li>Five or more years of experience in product management within the IT industry, preferably in a Fortune 100 company.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
