30%Career Exploration:
Offer individualized advice to students about potential career paths based on comprehensive services, including analysis of YouScience career assessments. Facilitate workshops and other career awareness activities on diverse professions, exposing students to a range of industries and roles. Foster a culture of career exploration, aiding students in understanding the alignment between their studies and potential career trajectories. Work closely with Academic and Student Affairs staff to implement the Career Mentor component of the Student Success Teams, including recruitment and training of Career Mentors
30% Transfer Assistance and Enhancement:

15% Work-Based Learning (WBL) Cultivation:

5% Resource &amp; Partnership Development 
Use the College’s tools and programs (i.e., Handshake, YouScience, and Navigate) to establish a repository of career, transfer, and credentialing resources accessible to students. Engage with academic departments, industry experts, and other colleges to fortify career, transfer, and WBL opportunities and organizational tools.
5% Administration: 
The incumbent will submit monthly reports to the Director of Career Development and Project Director detailing progress toward Title III grant deliverables.
