The Emergency Triage Coordinator is the first point of contact for all telephonic information flow and crisis referral requests from clients, families, and community providers on a 24/7/365 basis. Triage screens and assigns cases to Master’s Level Clinicians, Family Partners and Peers as determined by risk and safety, immediacy of need, location, and according to insurance requirements.
