Forward looking, analytic, continuous improvement mentality</li><li>Demonstrate a mix of analytics and technical skills.</li><li>You have a solid ability to balance, prioritize multiple projects and understanding of risk management and time management</li><li>You have an ability work within budgeted timeframes to maintain client profitability without sacrificing quality</li></ul><p><strong>The Value You Deliver</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a subject matter professional of end to end processing of calculations, participant issues resolutions, disbursements and data updates</li><li>Provide leadership on ad hoc client or internal projects that will require critical thinking and self-direction.</li><li>Provide information and advice on Plan documentation discrepancies and/or guidelines, e.g. data, provisional, or other plan/client issues.</li><li>Analyze, review, and guide client teams to the resolution of escalated client or participant issues.</li><li>Serve as a team leader and expert guide on multiple client plan processes, procedures and calculations. Maintain client direction documents</li><li>Own and analyze operational issues and recommend business solutions, based on knowledge of client’s plan design and system functionality. Work with internal teams to identify, analyze, and implement process and procedural changes based on new regulatory amendments and/or administrative improvements.</li><li>Play a significant role in implementation, corporate actions and/or other special projects in addition to the provision of ongoing services. Ensure defects are identified, corrected and tested.</li></ul>The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$83,000 per year. <p>Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p>Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. <h3>Job Description:</h3><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The Senior Representative, Brokerage Operations Tax supports client inquiries and maintains client cost information for purposes of providing accurate cost basis and gain/loss information on our tax statements and client channels. The Senior Representative provides cost basis research, lot cost updates, and explanation of cost basis calculations to institutional and retail clients by processing service requests and providing subject matter expertise over the telephone.
