As a Private Family Office Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of a learning culture that values quality and integrity, where you will work on a variety of client matters as part of a Schneider Downs team of professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the Private Family Office (PFO) team to ensure that clients’ and their families’ needs are met. You will also contribute to the client/relationship management reporting, various related projects, and initiatives both internally and client focused. This position requires strong multi-tasking skills to allow for the efficient and timely handling of client and PFO team member requests in addition to the day-to-day operations including but not limited to client communications, filing, scheduling, etc. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism, business acumen, discretion, dedication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-net-worth individuals while being a resolute team member.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support PFO team and assist in developing and preserving trusting client relationships
  • Handle confidential client information and document management
  • Manage calendars, independently schedule appointments and coordinate with client schedules
  • Support in the design and production of meeting materials, presentations, correspondence and other client deliverables
  • Assist PFO team with prompt resolution to clients’ requests and inquiries
  • Collaborate with members of the team to achieve the goals and objectives of the clients and the PFO team
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, prepare and track expense reports
  • Analyze procedures/processes for improvement where needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelors’ degree OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of relevant experience is required
  • Previous experience supporting executive-level individuals in a corporate environment is required
  • Previous professional services firm experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Extreme mindfulness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent client facing, interpersonal, and client service delivery capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-pace, high intensity work environment
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Heightened critical thinking skills and innate curiosity to learn
  • Self-motivated and meticulous with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
